Ask Zia is a natural language processing AI-powered search assistant integrated in the Enterprise edition of Zoho Billing, allowing you to search for your company’s insights conveniently using text. This allows you to quickly glance through insights with the desired filters without the need to search for the desired report in the Reports module along with applying filters.

Search using Ask Zia

To search for the desired insights in Zoho Billing:

• Navigate to the Home module.

• Go to the Ask Zia tab.

  Insight: You can click one of the suggested questions to view the relevant insight.

• Type your query in the search bar.

• Zia will process your query and show you a list of the relevant insights supported in Zoho Billing.

• Select the desired question. Zoho Billing will show you the quick insights from the selected report.

• Click View Report under the selected report to view the full report.

  Note: View Report option is available only for KPI based queries, such as, Show signups for this month. Other queries will display the results in a tabular format.

  Insight: When you click View Report, Zoho Billing will open the selected report with the desired filters. For example, if you search Show Signups for this year from Zoho Books and click View Report, the Signups report will open with the product filter selected as Zoho Books and the Date Range selected as This Year.
