America, say "Hi" to Zoho Payments, now officially available in the US.
Whether you're running a one-person show or managing an entire team, collecting payments shouldn’t be a separate, tedious job, and now it doesn’t have to be. There's a better way to get paid, manage subscriptions, and track refunds without juggling between disconnected apps.
With Zoho Payments, you can accept payments, receive payouts, track reports, manage disputes, and more. It’s secure, simple, and designed to work seamlessly with your favorite Zoho Finance apps or website.
Let’s break it down.
The power of Zoho, now for your payments
Unlike third-party payment gateways, Zoho Payments plugs directly into the Zoho ecosystem, so you no longer have to jump between multiple apps to send invoices, view payments received, and reconcile bank statements.
Zoho Payments works seamlessly with the Zoho Finance Suite, including Books, Inventory, Checkout, Commerce, and Billing, as well as other Zoho apps like Creator, SalesIQ, Backstage, Bookings, and more. In this way, your payments flow right alongside your business processes. You can also make use of our APIs to integrate Zoho Payments into your website for more flexibility.
Get paid locally or globally with one-time or recurring payments
With Zoho Payments, you can accept one-time or recurring payments in over 135 currencies using trusted card brands like Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and more. You can also enable ACH, international payments, and tailored payment methods that suit your business. Zoho Payments makes it easy to get paid through invoice links, client portals, hosted pages, or even right inside your app.
Get paid fast and get paid out faster
Once your customer pays, your funds are on the move. You can choose to receive your payouts daily, weekly, or monthly based on your schedule in two business days after the transaction.
Not just that, you can set up reserves to hold back a portion for refunds, and top up your wallet when needed. You can view detailed account balances anytime and stay in full control of your money.
Disputes can happen, but you'll be ready
Zoho Payments gives you the tools to prevent disputes before they happen. We send potential fraud alerts so you can review them and take immediate action. Want additional protection? Set up basic fraud prevention and block payments that fail verification checks. Each transaction is tagged with a risk score, helping you spot the red flags early.
However, if an unexpected chargeback pops up, it's no problem. We’ll notify you as soon as a dispute or inquiry is created. You can quickly respond by submitting supporting documents directly to the card network, and we’ll send reminders to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
The non-negotiables: Security and compliance
Every transaction you make stays secure as Zoho Payments is built with the highest standards of protection. We follow PCI DSS Level 1 guidelines and are GDPR compliant, ensuring your business and customer data are always safe and privacy laws are respected.
With SSL encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO), we’ve added multiple layers of security so you can rest assured that your payments are in safe hands.
Additionally, when it’s time to report taxes, Zoho Payments generates 1099-K forms, making tax season and year-end reporting simple.
Numbers, insights, and growth
Zoho Payments gives you instant access to all the numbers that matter. You can track transactions in real time, break down performance, and get a detailed view of failures and refunds to see what’s working. It’s all cleanly laid out, so you don't have to dig through spreadsheets.
Transparent pricing
Zoho Payments has straight-forward pricing starting at 2.9% per transaction for card payments. You pay what you see; there are no setup, maintenance, or hidden charges. View our pricing page for more details.
