Is it possible to set budget for individual users?

Yes, admins can set budgets for individual users. Here’s how:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Go to Budgets on the left sidebar.
  • Click + New Budget in the top right corner.
  • Select User Budget.
  • Select the User from the dropdown.
  • Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
  • Click Save.

You can also set budgets for individual users from the User Details page. Here’s how:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

  • Select Users under Users and Control.
  • Select the respective user and go to the Budgets tab.
  • Click + New Budget.
  • Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
