Why am I unable to send marketing notifications to my customers from my WhatsApp Business account integrated with Zoho Books?

WhatsApp Business limits the sending of marketing notifications to ensure a positive user experience. If a customer or contact person has not responded to the last two marketing notifications sent from your side, you will not be able to send additional ones.

Failed attempts will be logged in the WhatsApp Notifications report with the corresponding failure reason. To avoid this, encourage your customers or contact persons to respond to your marketing notifications.

In case you need to send essential marketing notifications, consider using alternative communication channels such as email and SMS.

Note: Starting April 1, 2025, WhatsApp will temporarily pause the delivery of all marketing notifications to customers or contact persons with US phone numbers (+1 dialing code and US area codes).
