Convert data from images to spreadsheets in minutes

Looking to scan receipts, invoices, or any tabular data and automatically convert them into spreadsheet records? Try Zoho Sheet—a cloud-based spreadsheet application available on the web, Android, and iOS—and extract data with great accuracy and speed.

The best part? We have a long-standing commitment to user privacy and will never sell your data or use it to show you ads.

How does it work?

Scan

Extract data from pictures on your device or in real-time using the camera from within the iOS and Android app. Insert data from files on your computer or from a screenshot on your clipboard when using the web version. Easily crop images to exclude any unwanted parts.

Preview

Get a preview of the scanned data before inserting it into your sheet. Edit values, append additional data, or remove unnecessary information while previewing the data.

Insert

Select the cell range to insert the scanned data into your sheet. Zoho Sheet can recognize number formats (such as dates in your receipts or bills) and apply the appropriate formatting inside the sheet.

Analyze

Work on the inserted data individually or share it with your team and use our collaboration-focused features to support every step in the process of developing insightful visualizations and communicating your findings.

Your data syncs instantly and automatically between mobile and web, allowing you to switch between them as needed.

You can even export the spreadsheets as Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx), .pdf, .csv, or .tsv files.
