What is the use of the customer portal?

The customer portal provides a structured way for your customers to stay updated on events related to your transactions. If you’ve enabled the customer portal for your organization in Zoho Invoice, and configured it for your customers, they can view their transactions with you by logging into the portal. This includes viewing documents, accepting/declining the quotes, adding comments to the documents, and making online payments.
