
How do I send out customized reminders for my invoice payments?
Zoho Billing offers both automatic and manual reminders,
- Automatic reminders:
- Go to Settings from the left sidebar.
- Select Reminders under Reminders & Notifications.
- Under Automated Reminders, you can slide the toggle for the reminders you want to enable.
Upto 30 automatic reminders can be enabled, with an option to remind both the customer and yourself that due date for payment is approaching/has passed a certain number of days. They are automatically sent out on the set reminder dates.
- Manual reminders are available for overdue and sent invoices. Here’s how to configure the reminders:
- Go to Settings from the left sidebar.
- Select Reminders under Reminders & Notifications.
- Under ‘Manual Reminders’, you can configure the reminder text to suit the message you want to convey.
- Click Save to save the reminder.
To send a manual reminder out:
- Go to Invoices under Sales.
- Select an invoice for which the payment is due.
- Click the Reminders dropdown and select Send Email.
- Check the contents of the email and click Send to send the remainder.
