Payouts
Payouts refer to the sum of money deposited by Zoho Payments to the business’s bank account after receiving payments from your customers. The payout amount is calculated after deducting the transaction processing fees and the refunds you’ve issued.

Note: Payouts are enabled only when your Zoho Payments account’s status is Active and the bank account details have been updated. You will be notified via email when payouts have been enabled or disabled for your account.
Receiving Payouts
Payouts follow the UTC time zone and are deposited to your bank account on business days, based on the payout schedule you’ve set in Zoho Payments. Payments are usually settled in two or four business days from the date of the transaction, depending on the payment method:
- Card payments: T+2 business days
- ACH Direct Debit: T+4 business day
Insight: T here denotes the actual transaction date.
Payouts cannot be initiated manually and will be initiated automatically by the system based on the Payout Schedule (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) you’ve chosen.
