What is a Bank Reference ID, and where can I find it?

A Bank Reference ID is a unique identifier assigned by the bank when a payout is processed. This alphanumeric ID serves as a tracking reference and is useful in cases where payouts are delayed or need to be traced.

To copy the ID:

• Go to the Payouts module in Zoho Payments.
• Select the specific payout you want to track.
• Click the Copy icon next to the Bank Reference ID.

Share the copied bank reference ID with your bank to track the payout.
