  • VCRT: This is a Virtual Classroom training-only course. You may choose your preferred schedule and attend the course.VCRT + Certification: This is Virtual classroom training combined with assessment for the certification. The cost of this course will be shared when you write to us separately.

  • Yes, passing the assessment is necessary to receive a Certificate of Accreditation, recognizing you as a Certified Administrator.

  • The advanced admin training will be for 4 hours each day including a 30-minute break on both days.The basic admin training will be for 4 hours including a 30-minute break.The standard user training will be for 2 hours.
