How can I change the format of my organization/customer address?

To change the format of organization’s address:

  • Go to Settings and select General Preferences.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Organization Address Format section where you can edit the address format of your organization.
  • Include the placeholders that you may want from under Insert Placeholders, or rearrange the existing placeholders to style your address format the way you want it to appear.
  • Save the changes before proceeding.

To verify if the updated format is being correctly displayed on the invoices you send to your customers:

  • Go to Settings > PDF Templates and click Edit on your invoice template.

  • In the Edit Template page, click Transaction Details and ensure if you have checked the Show Organization Address checkbox.

  • Now, click the Organization Address Format option to check how your address is being displayed in the invoice template.

    Pro Tip:  If you would like have a custom address format for the selected template, click Configure next to Do you want to have a custom address format only for this template?

  • Once you’re done reviewing the address on the invoice template, click Save in the top right corner of the page.
