Why am I unable to add users in Zoho Expense even though I have a Zoho One subscription?

Zoho One is a suite of multiple Zoho applications, including Zoho Expense. Users who have admin access to both Zoho One and Zoho Expense must first add the required users through the Zoho One Admin Panel and then assign Zoho Expense to them. The Zoho One admin can also add users from the Zoho Expense app. If you’re unable to add users to your Zoho One bundle, contact support@zohoone.com.
