I have regular and contract workers in my company? Should I pay the complete amount for both?

Zoho expense has an activity - based subscription model. You will have to purchase licenses only for users who would create expenses or expense reports in Zoho Expense. Contract users would be charged a monthly cost for the months that they are active.
