How will I be notified regarding my Zoho Payments transactions?
Zoho Payments keeps you informed about your payments, refunds, payouts, and disputes through multiple notification channels, so you never miss an important update. You can manage the notifications you receive from Zoho Payments by configuring your notification preferences.
You will be notified via email, in-app, and desktop notifications. Notifications will be sent to the Account Owner, Admin, and other users based on their roles.
Email Notifications
Zoho Payments sends email notifications for transactions related to payments, payouts, and disputes through which you can access Zoho Payments and view or resolve the transaction.
Note: You will also receive notifications regarding payments from the Zoho Finance app that you’ve integrated with Zoho payments.
In-App Notifications
All your transaction-related updates like payment statuses, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks will be notified under the Bell icon within Zoho Payments. You can click them to view more details about the transaction.
Desktop Notifications
You can view the in-app notifications from your desktop if you have enabled desktop notifications. By enabling this, you won’t miss any updates without having to constantly go through your Zoho Payments account.
To enable desktop notifications:
- Navigate to Zoho Payments and click the Bell icon on the top-right corner.
- Allow Zoho Payments permission to show notifications when the request appears.
You will have enabled desktop notifications and will receive notifications related to payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Note: You can disable desktop notifications by adjusting the notification settings in your browser.
