Does Zoho Payments notify me when a customer raises a dispute?
Yes, Zoho Payments will notify you via email and in-app notification when a dispute is raised against a payment, so you can act immediately.

In-app notifications will be pushed to Zoho Payments and in any connected Zoho Finance apps.

Email notifications will be sent to the users with Account Owner, Admin, and Dispute Management Staff roles in Zoho Payments.
Note: If you’ve enabled desktop notifications, the in-app notifications will appear on your desktop, so you don’t miss any critical updates. You can enable them by clicking the Bell icon on the top right corner in Zoho Payments.
You can access the dispute by clicking the in-app notification or from the email. This will redirect you to Zoho Payments, where you can review the details and choose to challenge or accept the dispute. Learn more about responding to disputes.
