I’m unable to import a transaction as it states that the value for the account is incorrect. How do I rectify it?
The account name in your file must exactly match the one in Zoho Books. If there is any mismatch, the import will fail. To verify the account name:
- Go to the Accountant module and choose Chart of Accounts.
- Search for the account that needs to be associated in the file.
- In the search results, check the account name entered in Zoho Books against the one entered in the file.
If there is a mismatch, update the account name in your file to match the one in Zoho Books and proceed with the import.
