Do I need to change the financial year manually each time?

No, you do not need to change the financial year in Zoho Books. Zoho Books automatically calculates the closing balance of the previous year as the opening balance of the next financial year. Once you have started using Zoho Books, adding the migration date and the opening balance will be sufficient. Therefore, it is not necessary to change the financial year each time.
