What should I select under Place of Delivery if I’m generating an e-way bill for goods being exported to another country?
The place of delivery should be selected as the port address from where the goods are leaving the country after customs clearance. The distance for the movement of the consignment should be calculated based on the distance within the country. In the case of export, this distance is measured from the consignor’s location to the point where the consignment exits the country after customs clearance.
