How do I undo the cancellation of an e-Invoice in Zoho Books?

You can undo the status of an e-Invoice which was marked as cancelled in Zoho Books. Here’s how:

  • Go to Sales and select Invoices.
  • Select the invoice which was marked as cancelled.
  • Click Recall.

Now, the status of the invoice will be changed to Draft, and the e-Invoice status will be Pushed.

Note:The Recall option will be available for invoices that are marked as cancelled after April 4, 2024.
