I’m trying to push an invoice to IRP but unable to do so as it states e-invoicing is not enabled for my customer’s GSTIN. What should I do?
You can verify if e-invoicing is enabled for your customer in the IRP. Here’s how,
- Go to Invoice Registration Portal.
- Click the Search dropdown and select e-Invoice Status of Taxpayer.
- Enter the customer’s GSTIN and Captcha.
- Click Go.
In the next page, you can view if e-invoicing is enabled for your customer under Status. If e-Invoicing is not enabled for your customer, you can log in to the GST self-service portal and contact GST customer support for assistance.
