I’m trying to edit an e-Invoiced transaction but am unable to do so? How can I make changes to this transaction?
To edit transaction that is already e-Invoiced, you have to enable the Edit permission for pushed transactions. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings at the top right corner of the page.
- Select e-invoicing under Taxes and Compliance.
- Click Enable next to Enable editing optional fields in pushed transactions.
- Click Enable again in the pop-up that appears.
You will be able to edit the following fields after enabling the Edit permission:
For invoices and debit notes: Order Number, Due Date, Customer Notes, Additional Information, Custom Field(s), Reporting Tags and Terms & Conditions.
For credit notes: Reference#, Customer Notes, Additional Information, Custom Field(s), Reporting Tags and Terms & Conditions.
