I’m attempting to print the invoice which has a digital signature. However, the signature doesn’t appear on the printed invoice. What might be causing this issue?

You would not be able to print the digitally signed invoice as printing it will void its validity. Also, digital signature is only valid for digital modes of transactions.

Note:The digital signature will be visible in the printed copy of the original invoice. If the duplicate preference is selected as two or more than two copies, then the digital signature will not be visible in the printed copies.
