How can I re-assign a card to another user?

You can re-assign a card to another user by changing the Card Owner only if the card feeds are not associated with expenses.

To re-assign a card to another user:

  1. Click Admin View.
  2. Go to Corporate Cards on the left sidebar.
  3. Open the card and click the More icon in the top right side of the page.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Change the Card Owner and click Save.

If you’ve connected your cards for Direct Feed Integration and would like to re-assign those cards to a new user, you can mark the cards as inactive as it will have expenses created by the previous user. Once done:

  1. Switch to the Admin View.
  2. Navigate to the Corporate Cards.
  3. Click View Unconfigured Cards.
  4. Select the card and assign it to a new user.

However, you cannot reassign a card connected through Yodlee and Plaid. You need to mark the card as inactive, add the card again in Zoho Expense, and assign it to a new user.
