Can I warn users when they reach their budget limit?

Yes, admins can configure warning notifications whenever the approved expenses exceed the budget percentage in the warning slab. Here’s how:

Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
Go to Budgets on the left sidebar.
Click + New Budget in the top right corner.
Select User Budget.
Select the User from the dropdown.
Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
Slide the toggle next to Get alerts when the budget has been exceeded.
Enter the budget percentage value at which a warning notification should be sent.
Select the Warning Type from the dropdown. You can choose to send an in-app notification and an email alert.
Click Save.
