To which address will my orders be delivered?

The orders you place in Amazon Business will be delivered to your company’s address configured in the Organization Profile page in your Zoho Expense organization. Orders with incorrect addresses will not be processed by Amazon Business.

If you want the order to be delivered to your home address, you can reach out to Amazon Business and request that they enable the Ship to Home preference for your group. Once enabled, users can add the desired address during the checkout process, and the order will be shipped to that address.
