Can I record a check payment without associating it to a bill in Zoho Books?
Yes, it is possible to record a check without having to associate it to a bill that has been created in Zoho Books. Here’s how:
- Click Purchases in the left sidebar and select Vendors from the dropdown.
- Next, select a vendor from the list view and click New Transaction in the top right corner.
- Select Pay Bill via Check option.
Note: The checks that are not associated to the bills in Zoho Books will be considered as an advance payment.
