How can I integrate my Zoho CRM account with multiple Zoho Inventory organizations?
By default, you can integrate your Zoho CRM account with only one Zoho Inventory organization and a two way sync will be established.
If you want to integrate it with multiple Zoho Inventory organizations, write to us at support@zohoinventory.com with the respective Zoho Inventory organization IDs. The team will make changes at the backend, to help you set up the integration of your Zoho CRM with multiple Zoho Inventory organizations.
Note: The first Zoho Inventory organization that is integrated with Zoho CRM will have a two-way sync. That means all the customers, vendors, items and transactions in Zoho Inventory will be synced with Zoho CRM and vice-versa. The subsequent Zoho Inventory organizations will only have a one-way sync. That means all the customers, vendors and items in Zoho CRM will be fetched only from Zoho CRM into Zoho Inventory, and not vice-versa.
Note: To set up two-way sync, the base currency of Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM should be the same. However, it is possible to set up the one way sync even if the base currencies of both applications are different. But, in this case, the Items (Products) sync cannot be configured if the base currencies are different.
