How do I compare my business performance against my budget?
After creating the Budget, you can start posting the actual transactions for the specific date range. Based on these transactions posted, you can evaluate the business’s actual performance against the forecasted budget with the help of the Budgets Vs Actuals report. To view the report:
- Go to the Budget module under Accountant.
- Click View Budget Vs Actuals next to a budget that you’ve created.
This will give you an idea of how your business health is compared to the actual budget allocated.
