How do I approve multiple transactions at once?
In Zoho Books, you might have multiple transactions that are awaiting your approval. Approving all these transactions one by one might cost you a considerable amount of time. To help you save time, Zoho Books allows you to select multiple transactions and approve them at once. Here’s how:
- Go to the module that has transactions waiting for your approval.
- Select the transactions you want to approve.
- Click the More icon and select Approve.
- Click Approve Now in the pop-up that appears.
Now, these transactions will be approved, and notifications will be sent to the submitters based on your Notification Preferences.
